Do I need a company or a pitch deck?
No. You can be a future founder, exploring an idea, building, or fundraising. DateVC is about getting to know people before there’s a deal.
Is this professional networking?
Yes. DateVC connects investors and current or future founders for professional relationships. “Date” is a playful nod to finding the right fit.
How will the beta work?
Selected applicants will receive activation codes in small batches, with New York as the intended first city. Introductions will be curated and mutual-opt-in. AI-assisted matching is planned, based on interests, investment philosophy, and relationship preferences.
What does an invitation get me?
Earlier beta review, not guaranteed activation, a meeting, or investment. Each person will have up to three invitations. You don’t have to invite anyone to be considered.
Can I apply without an invitation?
Yes. Verify your email to join the waitlist and get three single-use invitation links. Invited applicants receive priority review. Beta access requires approval and a separate activation code.
